The results of the IA Australian and New Zealand illustration Awards are have been announced and you can see them here:
and on Creative’s site: A BIG Congratulations to all who scored a Gold, Silver and Bronze mention. The results are also published in a special supplement published in Australian Creative Magazine, due to hit the newsstands this week.
More than 270 entries and 450 images submitted for judging, with the results being 14 Gold awards, 28 Silver awards and 47 Bronze awards. In total, 40 different illustrators won awards.
Run in conjunction with Australian Creative Magazine, the competition is open to all Australian and NZ practitioners or for work published in Australia and NZ between the 1st of May 2008 and the 15th of November 2010. Categories include Advertising, Editorial, Book, Fashion, Institutional, Unpublished , Student , and Self Promotional.
