Jo Martin

Jo has recently completed a Masters in Illustration from the University of Falmouth, UK to further enhance her wide experience in the fields of illustration and graphic design. Inspired by a mid century aesthetic, her illustrations employ a combination of hand made marks in various mediums to achieve texture and depth. Digital editing completes the process. Clients have included Cambridge University Press, Time Magazine, Women’s Weekly, The Powerhouse Museum, Sanitarium, Blake Education, and Australian Parent Magazine. Jo will continue working in the field of children's picture books where she believes there is plenty of scope for books that promote fun and wonder.
