Lara Porter
My creative career started out in advertising as an art director and designer in Cape Town, South Africa. I then moved to the UK where I decided to follow my passion and completed a BA Honours Degree in Illustration at the University of the West of England. In 2008 I made the permanent move to Sydney, Australia with my young family and began freelancing as an illustrator.
My illustration experience has been mostly editorial, but I am keen to break into the childrens picture book market.
